How it works
Step 1
Forward your inbox to the assistant.
Set up a one-time Gmail filter that forwards the emails you want help with to your private InboxDesk address. Takes a couple of minutes including Gmail's confirmation step. You pick the criterion: by label, by sender, by subject, or just everything.
Step 2
The assistant drafts each reply.
Forwarded emails get classified and drafted in your voice. Drafts wait in your dashboard. Train your inbox assistant up front by uploading a handful of your past emails. Or just edit the first few drafts and it picks up your style from each change.
Step 3
You review and send.
Read each draft, or have it read aloud. Edit anything you want changed. Hit send and it goes through your own Gmail. Nothing leaves your hands without your sign-off.

Click Listen on any row. The assistant reads the email aloud, then your draft, using your browser's built-in voices. Works in the background while you're doing something else. Catches phrasing that the eye misses.
GDPR-built. EU-hosted.
Email content lives on EU infrastructure (Supabase, eu-west-2). Full UK GDPR Article 6 lawful bases. Self-serve data export and deletion in Settings. Privacy Policy, ToS and DPA are public and plain English.
