What happens if I hit my draft cap?
You stay on the same plan. Inbound emails keep arriving in your inbox queue and we keep classifying them, but new drafts are skipped until your monthly period rolls over or you upgrade. Sensitive-flag alerts still fire so urgent customer emails never go silent.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for. All from your in-app Settings page.
Do you store my customer emails?
Yes, we store the email content you forward to InboxDesk for as long as your account is active, so the AI can use the thread history when drafting. EU-hosted Supabase database (eu-west-2) with row-level security per tenant. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancellation reverts you to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. All your data stays put. To delete everything, use the Settings → Danger zone flow which gives you a 30-day grace period to undo. After that we hard-delete and the data is gone.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier IS the trial. Use it for as long as you want with 50 drafts a month. When your volume outgrows the cap, upgrade. We don't do time-bombed trials that pressure you to enter a card before you're ready.
Are you GDPR compliant?
The legal posture is built into the product: full UK GDPR Article 6 lawful bases, a standalone DPA at /dpa with UK IDTA / EU SCCs for sub-processor transfers, GDPR Article 20 export and Article 17 deletion both self-serve in Settings.
