How we report incidents

When something is degraded or down, this page is updated with:

  • A short summary of what's affected
  • Expected restore time when known
  • Root-cause notes once the incident is closed

For active incidents during business hours (UK), email hello@inboxdesk.ai. For security-impacting incidents at any time, email security@inboxdesk.ai.

Honest disclosure

InboxDesk is a small operation (one human, today). This page is updated by hand at this stage; auto-monitoring is on the post-launch roadmap. We respond to status questions within one business day.
